Chicken Shawarma, Homemade Flatbread/Rice Pilaf, Salad, White Sauce
Juicy chicken thighs reminiscent of Shawarma (close your eyes and pretend I roasted it on a vertical spit), homemade flatbread (2 per person because they’re so good!), Rice Pilaf, White Sauce just like they serve at Halal Carts, and a crunchy salad of iceberg, tomatoes and roll-cut cucumbers. Wrap everything into a flatbread and eat like a taco or use a fork. This is a Bush family favorite, and I hope you love it too!

Meal can be made GF and DF by choosing all rice instead of flatbreads.
Ingredients: Chicken: Chicken thighs, yellow onion, olive oil, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic, cinnamon. Flatbread: Bread flour, water, whole milk, olive oil, instant yeast, salt, sugar. Rice: long grain rice, chicken broth. Salad: Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber. White Sauce: Mayo, water, lemon juice, ground caraway, ground cardamom, turmeric, black pepper.
