It’s my birthday, so we’re having Birthday Chicken! This teriyaki-like chicken is aptly named because I chose it every year for my birthday dinner growing up. My favorite Asian Crunch Salad with Honey-Ginger Vinaigrette and Grandma’s Rice (basically rice pilaf) make this menu almost identical to my childhood celebrations.
